Cleaning and move-out turnovers in Rocklin, CA
Move-out, move-in and rental turnover cleaning, top to bottom, so the house is ready for the walkthrough or the next tenant.
How I approach it
A turnover clean is the one that gets a deposit back or a rental ready to list. It covers the places a weekly clean skips: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the appliances, baseboards, switch plates and window tracks.
Because I also do repairs, a turnover can be one visit instead of three separate vendors: clean the house, haul away what was left behind, and fix the small things a walkthrough will flag. The cleaning and hauling have no size limit. Any repairs on the same visit are quoted separately and still follow the small-job rule.
Good to know
A turnover goes fastest in an empty house, so schedule it after the movers, not during the move.
For a rental, send me the move-out checklist from the lease or the property manager and I’ll work from it.

Make the visit count
If your first task takes less than 2 hours, line up a second small task and I’ll tackle it while I’m there.
Small repairs welcome
I keep repair and improvement jobs under $1,000—the items that are hard to get on a big contractor’s calendar. Hauling, cleaning and site surveys have no size limit.
